Charity of the year partner – for a three year
partnership!
Together, Fitness First and the British Heart
Foundation (BHF) are the perfect fit for getting the UK active and
healthy since physical activity is one of the key factors in
avoiding the risks of heart disease.
With 170 clubs and 440,000 members in the UK alone, staff and
members will feel motivated knowing how they can invest in their
heart health and raise funds for the nation’s hearts
too.
"Fitness First and the British Heart Foundation have a
common aim of getting the nation active and healthy. By
working out in our clubs, members are already well on the way to
reducing their risk of heart disease. We hope to provide current
members with healthy living information and the incentive to keep
up their good habits and encourage those new to exercise to come
along, get fit with us and raise money for a fantastic
charity."
Nick Smith, Fitness Director at Fitness First
