De Vere Group has selected BHF to be its group charity of the year for the next two years. This is a wonderful opportunity to work together to raise thousands of vital pounds and awareness of heart disease and how to prevent it.

De Vere is the UK’s leading independent hospitality group driven by a desire to set a benchmark for excellence in hospitality.

Its portfolio spans 63 properties across the UK, which means customers are never far from the De Vere experience from hotels and luxury lodges to premium golf venues and training academies. Every year the group hosts over two million leading professionals, hundreds of thousands of leisure guests and many of the world’s major brands.

Beating Heart Disease Together

Fundraising will focus on several key initiatives throughout the year with a “Great British” theme, with additional awareness raising activities to emphasise the benefits of leading a healthier lifestyle. We are busy working together to plan a fun packed calendar of activities for staff and customers.

Great British good deed

We are asking employees of De Vere to spread positivity and support our partnership by pledging to do a “Great British good deed” anything that will raise vital funds and help their own heart health.

Andrew Coppel, Group Chief Executive says,

“The De Vere Group has decided to support the BHF because it is a natural fit as a lifestyle brand and we will be working with them to raise vital funds to help BHF continue their life-saving work and to encourage our staff and customers to take simple steps to lead a healthier lifestyle.”

Amit Aggarwal Head of Corporate Partnerships British Heart Foundations says,

“We’re really excited about our partnership with the De Vere Group and the good deeds their staff are pledging to do across the UK. It is only through the support of companies like De Vere that we can continue our life-saving work. Together we’ll be raising vital funds to help beat heart disease and also helping De Vere staff and customers to look after their own hearts too.”
