The Fundraising Standards Board
We are a member of the Fundraising Standards
Board (FRSB) - an independent self-regulatory
organisation.
As a member, we’re committed to the highest
standards in fundraising. We follow the FRSB’s
Fundraising Promise as well as the
Institute of Fundraising’s Codes of Fundraising Practice.
These set the standards for fundraising activity throughout the
UK.
We use the FRSB logo to show you that we’re
following these standards. By using the FRSB logo, we want you to
know that you can trust us and give with confidence. More

Confidence website.
We promise to be honest, fair and
open about our fundraising with you, our supporters.
We want to reassure you that we will
fundraise in a responsible way and, if you don’t think we’re
meeting these high standards then we will take your views
seriously. We will always try to resolve your concerns but if
you think we haven’t, you can forward your complaint to the FRSB
within 2 months of our final response.
