We've created this new area packed full of
training information to make sure you’ll have fun, get fit and save
lives.
We've got something for everyone in our training tips zone -
from newbies to the more experienced. At the moment we’ve got tips
covering running, cycling, duathlon and triathlon events, however
we’ll be updating these pages to cover trekking and open water
swims very soon.
We hope you enjoy this new area and all your
