Are you registered?
- Charity Place runners
If you received your place directly from us you must have made a
registration payment to us before your place in the event is
confirmed.
- Own Place runners
If you received your place directly from the event organisers
you must have paid a registration fee directly to them. We do not
provide places to Own Place runners. Please ensure you have the
correct place and that you are fully registered in the event.

When will I receive my running top?
Running tops are sent out at the beginning of each month. If you
haven't yet requested a top, order it now.
When will I receive my race number?
All race numbers and timing chips are sent out directly from the
event organisers two weeks before the event. They'll also
send you an official event pack, full of information
about the day. If you haven't received your pack ten days before
the event, contact the event organisers directly on
020 8233 5900.
How will BHF be supporting me?
The Heart Runners Support team will be there to
support you on the day of your challenge. We have now sent you an
Event
Day Guide providing full details of where we'll be and
important information about the day.
- Ask your supporters to join us at our cheer point so that we
can give you the cheers you deserve. We'll even be giving out
T-shirts to help your supporters stand out from the
crowds (we've only got a limited number so they'll
be handed out on a first come, first served basis on the
day).
- Come to our marquee for drinks and refreshments after
your event. We'd love to say hello and thank you for your
support.
