Create a Gift of Hope fund
Gift of Hope funds are a
unique and positive way of celebrating the life of your loved
one and supporting our ground-breaking research.
They are an opportunity to set up an ongoing fund as a permanent
tribute to honour your beloved. When you create your fund page
you can personalise it with a photo and your own words, as well as
using the diary, visitors' book
and photo album to share your memories. Please

Whether you are donating to a Gift of Hope fund, or if you are
donating in memory of someone, we want to make things as easy as
possible so there are several ways to donate.

- Please make cheques payable to British Heart
- For In Memory donations, please
include an in memory donation
form or a next of kin in memory donation
form if you are the next of kin or the main contact.
- For Gift of Hope donations, please send a
covering letter including your name, address and message you would
like to appear online (once a Gift of Hope fund page has been
set up) and the name of your loved one.

- In memory collection
Our collection envelopes are a convenient way to collect donations
at a funeral or memorial service. You have the option to
donate by card or cheque and the opportunity to Gift Aid your
donation. Family and friends can also include a message in memory.

Celebration of Life
We hold an event each year to offer our supporters the chance to
come together to remember the lives of those they have
lost to heart disease. This year our Celebration of Life will take
