Gift of Hope funds
Gift of Hope funds are a unique and positive way of
celebrating a life while supporting our pioneering research
and patient care.
Gifts of Hope funds are a simple and meaningful
way to help our work now and as far in to the future as you
wish.
You can contribute to your Gift of Hope fund in any way, such
as a regular gift on a birthday or anniversary or a
fundraising event.
Give
the Gift of Hope
I can help others who have gone through the pain, suffering and anguish of waiting for surgery
Harvey Levene set up a lasting tribute to Alan Wood just over a
year ago.
"The idea of being able to help others avoid the pain makes it
worthwhile, and keeps the memory of Alan alive."
Set up a new fund
Choose the Gift of
Hope option on the homepage and you can set up a fund,
with a photo and your own words. You’ll need to register, but if
you already have a log in for the main BHF website you can use
the same details. Sharing your page with family and friends is
simple via email, facebook and Twitter, making it easy to fundraise
and share your memories.
Our Gift of Hope
website has a host of improved features such as a
diary, photo and
video album and a
visitors’ book. Please take a look and start
celebrating the life of your loved one.
Manage your existing fund
If you have a fund from our previous site then
your fund will have moved over to the new Lasting Hope site
automatically, and we will have sent the new details to
you.
Find your fund
If your page used to be
mygiftofhope.org.uk/fredbloggs, it will now be
lastinghope.bhf.org.uk/fredbloggs. So the end of
your personal site link will be the same.

Celebration of Life
On Saturday the 24th of November we held
our fourth annual Celebration of Life event
at St Marylebone Parish Church in London.
This service was a chance to join with our supporters in
remembering and celebrating the lives of those that have been
lost. There was an amazing choir, moving speeches by Pam
Howell, a volunteer fundraiser, and Ellen
Mason, a Senior Cardiac Nurse, as well as a
touching candle lighting moment.
