My step-father had a by-pass and had support
and help from the British Heart Foundation. He asked me if I would
be happy to do something for the charity and I said “of
course”!
I’ll be taking a group of 15 youths to Everest
Base Camp, to show them there’s more to life than computers and to
get them more active, healthy and fit.
But it’s not just about ourselves, it’s about
