Junk food companies are coming up with more and more ways to undermine your boundaries as a parent and push unhealthy food on your kids. They have free online sweetie-filled games, they get celebrities tucking into their pizzas in movies and they send text messages to your children’s phones offering the latest fast-food meal deal.

No parent wants their child to eat a diet full of fat, salt and sugar. But when children are constantly bombarded with ads designed to make them want junk, it can be pretty hard to keep saying no.
