Make A Gift of Hope Donation By Post

If you would like to make a donation by post, please make cheques payable to 'British Heart Foundation' and remember to include a covering letter containing:

• Your name and address
• The name of the deceased (clearly stating it is a Gift of Hope Heart Fund)
• The name and message you would like to appear if there is also an online Gift of Hope page
• The next of kin's details if you have them
• A completed Gift Aid form (if applicable)

For your security, your donation will be processed via our website.
If you have an email address, we can also send you an instant confirmation of your kind gift.

Once we have received your Gift of Hope donation, we will always send you a letter of thanks.

Currently, we do not have a regular system in place to let the Next of Kin know about donations made to a Fund. We will be attempting put this in place shortly.

However, if you would like us to also inform the Next of Kin, please let us know.
