If you would like to make a donation by post,
please make cheques payable to 'British Heart Foundation' and
remember to include a covering letter containing:
- Your name and address
- The name of the deceased (clearly stating it
is a Gift of Hope Heart Fund)
- The name and message you would like to appear
if there is also an online Gift of Hope page
- The next of kin's details if you have
them
- A completed Gift Aid
form (if applicable)

Once we have received your Gift of Hope
donation, we will always send you a letter of thanks.
Currently, we do not have a regular system in
place to let the Next of Kin know about donations made to a Fund.
We will be attempting put this in place shortly.
However, if you would like us to also inform the Next of Kin,
please let us know.
