research and patient care.

With a Heart Fund you can mark special occasions such as
birthdays and anniversaries and share your
thoughts and feelings with friends and family.

Setting up a Gift of Hope Heart Fund allows you the
unique option to choose exactly which area of
our work donations will be supporting:

- BHF Heart Nurses
- Wherever the need is greatest

quarterly newsletter. Designed to keep the fund holder
community informed about our latest health
