Terms & Conditions

1. This is a donation card which has no value to be redeemed. Funds placed on the card are donated to the British Heart Foundation (BHF).

2. The donation card is issued by the British Heart Foundation, 14 Fitzhardinge Street, London W1H 6DH. Registered Charity Number 225971.

3. This card is not a cheque guarantee, credit, store or charge card.

4. The British Heart Foundation cannot be held liable for lost or stolen cards or any amount on such cards.

5. The donation card cannot be used in any Retailer store within the UK including BHF shops.

6. This card cannot be exchanged for cash or other vouchers.

7. The BHF reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions that apply or discontinue the card at any time. Any notification of change will be displayed a www.bhf.org.uk/giftforlife 

8. The instructions form part of the terms and conditions, as do any other printed statements made in conjunction with the donation card.

9. The minimum amount required to activate the card is £1 and the maximum card limit is £10,000.

10. Nothing in these terms and conditions shall affect your statutory rights.

11. The administrators of the scheme will be paid 8% of the total donation plus an additional flat fee of 14.5p. The remainder of the donation will be paid to the British Heart Foundation.
