If you would like to make a donation by post, please make cheques payable to 'British Heart Foundation' and remember to include a covering letter containing:

• Your name and address
• The name of the deceased
• The next of kin's details if you have them
• Your completed Gift Aid form (if applicable)

If you would prefer to make a donation over the phone, please call us on 0207 487 7137.

For your security, we will process your donation via our website.
If you have an email address, we can also send you an instant confirmation for your kind gift.

Your Donation

Once we have received your in memoriam donation, we will always send you a letter of thanks.

We also send a personal letter to the next of kin, which lists all of the donors and the total amount raised.
Please be assured that amounts of individual gifts are never disclosed.

*Please note that our letter to the next of kin is sent 4 weeks after we have received the first donation. This is to ensure we provide the most comprehensive list of donors, whilst also not intruding on the next of kin too frequently at such a difficult time.*
