CBHF is the British Heart
Foundation’s website for children aged 7 to 11. This site teaches
children about how to look after their heart and their health
through fun, games and activities.
How can parents help?
Parents play a very important role in their
children’s health. Children love doing things with adults, so
encourage your child to look around the CBHF website with you. Help
them find games
they want to play or help them do the activities in the other
sections.
Get them to think about how what they do on the website relates
to the things they do in real life. They’ll be learning about their
bodies at the same time as spending time with you.
