This Christmas the BHF is getting festively fit with a series of fundraising Santa Jogs including two in Wales.

Join over 1000 Santas and take part in the Cardiff Santa Jog on Sunday 7th December, starting at 12.30pm. The event has a limited places and registration is on a first come basis.

This fun-filled 5km route around a Cardiff's beautiful Bute Park and is ideal for all ages and abilities. The perfect way to have fun, get fit and save lives this Christmas. Why not get together with family, friends or work colleagues to form a team of Santas.

Adults receive a free Santa suit and under-16s are encouraged to use their imagination and come in fancy dress. Thanks to the New Theatre in Cardiff the best fancy dress prize will be a family ticket (4 people) to see the panto - Aladdin in the New Theatre on Sunday the 18th January.

Event Registration will close as soon as the event is FULL or no later that Monday the 1st December. It will not be possible to register on the day.

Entry fees:

Adults - £10.00 (including free Santa suit) - Under 16s - £5.00

These entry fees help to cover the cost of organising the event. It is only though the sponsorship you raise that the BHF can continue it's vital work. Please raise as much sponsorship as you can.
