A heartfelt thank you from everyone at the British Heart Foundation for taking part in this year’s jog on Wednesday 4 June! Thanks to the money you raise the BHF will make even more progress with life-saving care in the community.

We were overwhelmed by the success of this year’s jog; it simply wouldn’t have been possible without you! Almost 1800 participants’ pre-registered for 12th year of the jog, with loads more registering on the day! “I’m a Celebrity..” star Gemma Atkinson joined BHF CEO Peter Hollins and CWG’s Howard Dawber to spur people on in a incredible afternoon which included the annual Reebok warm up, the unstoppable Ascension Eagles cheerleader’s team, music and games.

It could prove to be the biggest year yet for the jog, and with everyone’s help, we’re aiming to smash previous fundraising targets and raise over £150, 000. The BHF is the nation’s heart charity and we rely on your donations to continue our life-saving work, every penny makes a difference!
