The BHF are pleased to announce that due to the massive success of the Brighton Sea Swim, we will be hosting the swim for you all in 2008! Last year saw the event attract over 160 swimmers and triathletes raising almost £13,000 for the BHF.

Timings
Registration Opens ~ 08.45 a.m.
Registration Closes ~ 09.30 a.m.
Swimmers Start ~ 10.00 a.m.

All swimmers will be asked to arrive at Hove Lawn 1 (next to the King Alfred Leisure Centre) to register yourselves in between 08.45 & 09.30. After 09.30 there will be a warm up and a safety briefing from the seafront office which we ask you all to be there for. The minimum age for this event 14. The swim is fully supported by the Lifeguards, The RNLI, & the Martlet Kayak club...

It is strongly suggested that you pre register for this event so we can give our safety support teams some idea of how many swimmers will be taking part ** All participants will recieve a FREE BHF t-shirt to be colleacted on the day **

Route
The event is a 1 mile challenging sea swim between Hove Lawn (next to the King Alfred leisure Centre) & Brunswick Lawn (the Peace Statue).
