Congratulations to everyone that came along and took part in the British Heart Foundation’s first ever Blickling Hall Jog on Sunday 14th September; we hope you had a great time. 

200 people registered to take part in the event on Sunday 14th September and with the sun shining, completed either a 3km, 6km or 10km route through the stunning grounds of Blickling Hall.

A huge thank you to everyone that has helped to make the inaugural Blickling Hall Jog such a success including the National Trust, in particular Patricia Murfin, Michelle, Nick, Wayne and the team from Fitness First – Norwich, the amazing team of BHF volunteers and of course you! The heroes who take part in our events and raise money to help keep the nation’s hearts beating.
If you haven’t already done so you can still set up your online sponsorship page now by visiting www.justgiving.com/bhf It’s really simple to set up and you’ll be given a unique web address, which you can then e-mail to everyone you know and they can sponsor you on line.  
Please don’t forget to send in your fully completed sponsorship form so that we can collect an additional 28p for every £1 collected via Gift Aid (if the sponsor is a UK taxpayer). It doesn’t cost you or your sponsors a penny but it makes a huge difference to us.
