Since 1961, we've made huge steps in the fight against heart disease. More people now survive heart attacks and congenital heart disease. But, unfortunately, this means more people have to live with the disabling effects of heart failure.
It's not only heart patients whose lives are shattered – their families and friends suffer too. That's why we need your help to fund our life-saving work.
Your contribution – however large or small – will help us continue to support the activities you can read about in this Annual Report, as well as funding new research and patient care programmes.
