Heart Nurse Appeal

Our Heart Nurses provide care and support to people with heart problems and their carers and families.

Thousands of people in Scotland are living with heart disease and, for some at least, we can help reduce the pain and anxiety that they have to cope with.

The heart nurse service is being developed the length of Scotland, from Shetland to the Borders.

However, many more people could benefit from a nurse's care and support.

That's why we launched the Highland Heart2Heart Appeal in 2006 to provide heart failure nurses throughout the Highlands.

In its first year the appeal raised £100,000 thanks to fantastic support from fundraisers across the area.
