Welcome to BHF East England

Our East Region covers the communities of London, the South East and East Anglia.

There are ten local Community Fundraisers who cover the counties within the region, an events office in Hertfordshire and the Regional Office based in Kent.

Our events season starts in March, with walks, cycle rides, jogs, challenges, swims and sailing events happening up until October.

Our events range from the unique Tower of London Jog, through to the prestigious Canary Wharf Jog.

But we have some great bike rides, the big one being the South Downs Way Randonee - 100 miles off road in one day. Or try our long distance road events - London 2 Southend, Oxford 2 Cambridge and London 2 Paris.

There are also lots of invigorating country walks near you, or perhaps join our Sailing on the Solent event.
