Throughout the Foundation there is a passion and
unique way of working that makes us great. It's hard to define,
but our values are the things that we hold as core to our
working ethos and just a few of the qualities that we look for in
prospective employees.
We use our values to measure both ourselves and applicants in
our assessment, appraisal and development processes.
