Remuneration
All of our salaries and benefits packages are
benchmarked to be competitive and reward contribution and sit
within the upper quartile of the charity sector. As well as a
competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits including Group
Personal Pension Plan, generous annual leave allowances and a
range of healthcare benefits.

on whether you choose a role within our Shops or an Office,
