For 50 years, the British Heart Foundation has been the nation’s heart charity. Our people and supporters work tirelessly on all fronts: research, prevention, care, support, campaigning, raising awareness and raising funds.

The ultimate destination is a world where people don’t die prematurely from heart disease. We’re not there yet, but this year we made some more amazing progress. These are just some of the highlights.
