BHF Scotland
Highland Heart Nurse Appeal
Raising £40,000 each year for Inverness Heart Failure
Nurses
BHF Scotland is providing Heart Failure Nurses in Inverness,
caring for people living with heart failure and supporting their
families in their own homes.
The nurses provide positive, straightforward information
and improve the quality of life of the people they care for,
helping them to cope better with their condition and reducing the
need for hospital readmissions.
It costs £40,000 each year to provide a BHF Scotland Heart
Failure Nurse.
John Braynion says of his Heart Failure Nurse:
"She has been my support, my guidance and a shoulder to cry on. I
would not have coped so well without her."
We need you to support the Highland Heart Nurse Appeal
and help us improve the lives of people with heart
failure.
Donate today or
create your own online fundraising appeal if you would
like to invite friends, family or colleagues to also support the
appeal.
We also need people to volunteer to
support the appeal. Your local volunteer fundraising
manager will be happy to discuss ways in which you can help.
