no longer a major cause of disability and premature death.

Our vision is of a world in which people do not die prematurely
of heart disease.
With you all the way
For 50 years, the British Heart Foundation has been the nation’s
heart charity.
Our people and supporters work tirelessly on all fronts:
research, prevention, care, support, campaigning, raising awareness
and raising funds.
The ultimate destination is a world where people don’t die
prematurely from heart disease.
We’re not there yet, but this year we made some more amazing
progress. These are just some of the highlights.
