Your mission is very possible. Make it clear and get support from key people in your organisation.

Mission impossible? Never! Get together to discuss your colleagues' needs and the environment and facilities at work. Then take action and implement your health initiatives.

A mental wellbeing co-ordinator, the management, and a support group made up of representatives from across the organisation -  they all play a vital role.

What do you need to do?

The initiatives you offer to colleagues should be based on their interests and needs, and the work environment and its surroundings.

You will need to plan ahead and let people know what's available.
