The Be Active! challenge helps people to gauge how active they are now and gets them into the habit of building activity into their daily routines.climb the stairs

It should encourage them to keep active and healthy into the future!

The aim of the challenge is to earn 15 Heart Points a week, by achieving at least 30 minutes of activity a day.

Encourage people to earn Heart Points by:

  • building activity into the day
  • increasing the time spent on activities they enjoy and/or are already doing
  • trying new activities.
