Challenge your colleagues to meet specified diet-related
targets each week and ask them to record their progress.
The idea is to get them thinking about what they eat and drink
and how it affects their heart!
The challenge aims to get people to:
- eat more fruit and vegetables
- include oily fish in their weekly diet
- switch to foods containing healthier types of fat
- cut down on salt
- drink a sensible amount of alcohol.
