Be active! Challenge
The Be Active! challenge helps people to gauge
how active they are now and gets them into the habit of building
activity into their daily routines.
It should encourage them to keep active and healthy into the
future!
The aim of the challenge is to be active every day and build up
to 150 minutes of moderate intensity activity a
week.
Encourage people to get more active by:
- building activity into the day
- increasing the time spent on activities
they enjoy and/or are already doing
- trying new activities.
