Take a Walk in the Park for the British Heart Foundation.
There are two walks to choose from in the beautiful surroundings of
Campbell Park which includes formal gardens, woodland, open
countryside and canal paths. We look forward to welcoming
everyone from ramblers, Nordic walkers and wheelchair users to
those with dogs or buggies.
Start times and distances:
10am: 10 mile route
10:30am: 3 mile route - wheelchair and buggy friendly
11:30am: 3 mile route - wheelchair and buggy friendly
Where does it start?
On the day, please register at Campbell Park Pavilion, 1300 Silbury
Boulevard, Milton Keynes, MK9 4AD. Registration opens from
9:15am. Milton Keynes railway station is approx 2 miles away
on bus routes 1, 1b, 12, 17, 17b and 300, alight at the end of
Silbury Boulevard. Limited car parking is available at The
Pavilion and there are several alternative car parks locally.

session on the day? One of the fastest growing fitness
activities, Nordic Walking is a safe and effective way to work the
whole body and improve heart health. Burning up to twice the
calories of a normal walk, it turns a walk into a workout!
