Once again the Carlisle Branch of the British Heart Foundation invite you to join them for the 2010 Armathwaite Challenge

This is a beautiful scenic walk through North Cumbria passing through Armathwaite and Castle Carrock.

Starting at 8.30 am the 20 mile Armathwaite Challenge starts from The Border Gate Carlisle (CA4 0AD) and finishes at Talkin Tarn (CA8 1HN)

If you can't manage the 20 mile challenge why not join us for the 10 mile walk – Starting at 10.30 am from The Fox & Pheasant, Armathwaite (CA4 9PY) and finishes at Talkin Tarn
